• The minimum age for rental is 21 years or older.
• Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. Contact us for special arrangements.
• Complimentary WiFi and satellite television are available for all guests.
• Must follow guidelines for the guest count of each residence.
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use on-premises.
• No parties or large group gatherings. Please be respectful of our neighbors and other guests.
• Properties with pools and spas are for registered guests only and do not have a lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
• Deposits are required. Damages to property or missing items will result in the appropriate applicable charges.
• Up to two friendly pets are welcome up to 40 lbs. Must be house-trained and on a leash when outside at all times. A pet deposit is required.
• Properties are cleaned professionally between each guest visit. For additional cleaning, please contact your friendly Oasis Vacation Rentals concierge.
• Properties are maintained regularly for pest control and general maintenance. Please bear in mind for the tropics of South Florida, additional pests may appear when it rains and under unusual weather conditions. Please contact our property manager for any pest or maintenance issues.
• Refund Policy: Please see the policies within your booking platform whether Booking.com or AirBNB. If you need to adjust a reservation made through another travel site, please contact them directly for assistance.  As a general policy, we require 72 hours' notice for a partial refund* or otherwise, the full credit can be applied to a future stay within any of our Oasis Vacation Rentals properties. *Guests will be responsible for the first day.  
• 24-hour notice in the case of sickness, extreme weather, personal emergency, or hardship, please contact management for verification.
• No-shows will be billed at the full rate for your entire reservation.
• Any motorized vehicles (scooters, electric bikes, etc) must remain outdoors to minimize the chances of damage.
• Credit cards on file for reservations must match the guest’s government-issued identification. For security reasons, guests must present the same credit card upon check-in.
• Check-in is provided via secure keyless entry.
